A Wyoming LLC - a favourite for performers who want their home address off the public record - files an annual report due on the first day of the month it was formed, every year. With it goes a licence tax: $60, or $0.0002 for every dollar of assets located in Wyoming, whichever is more. The report can be filed up to 120 days early. Sixty days late, the LLC can be administratively dissolved.
