California, for employers with five or more employees: supervisors get at least two hours of sexual harassment prevention training and everyone else at least one, within six months of starting the role and every two years after. Someone hired for less than six months is trained within 30 days or 100 hours worked, whichever comes first. Sessions may be split, as long as the minutes add up.
