A Texas LLC whose annualized total revenue is at or under the no-tax-due threshold ($2.65 million for 2026 reports) no longer files a No Tax Due Report - but it still files a Public Information Report (Form 05-102) every year, due May 15 (a weekend moves it to Monday; holidays are not counted here). An extension asked for on or before the due date moves it to November 15. A report filed late costs $50, and an LLC that does not file gets a notice of intent to forfeit its right to do business in Texas. Over the threshold, the LLC owes a full franchise tax report - that is your accountant's work, not this program's.
What the Public Information Report asks, kept current so May is a copy, not a hunt. The report is public: put a business mailing address, never a home one you would not publish. Every manager and member is listed with a title and a mailing address, and one of them signs.
