Connecticut employers with three or more employees give every employee two hours of sexual harassment prevention training, within six months of hire. Every employer, whatever its size, trains supervisors within six months of their taking the role. Supplemental training follows at least every ten years. New hires are also emailed the CHRO's information within three months of hire. CHRO's own free online course gives a certificate.
