An O or P petition goes in with a written consultation - from the union, a peer group or a management organisation - or a waiver when the performer had one for similar work within two years. A negative opinion most likely means a denial. File no more than a year ahead, and at least 45 days before the work starts. Passage keeps a talent code, dates and references - never a passport, a contract or a name.
A shoot day is confirmed only once the performer's petition is approved and the day falls inside the dates it covers.
