New York Labor Law 201-g: every employer, of any size, gives every employee interactive sexual harassment prevention training every year, and a written notice - its policy and what the training covered - at hire and at each training, in English and in the employee's primary language where the state publishes one.
A year is signed only once it has ended and everyone employed in it was trained in it, given the notice at each training, and - if hired that year - given it at hire, in every language they need. A signed year is frozen.
