Most new Arizona LLCs publish a notice of their articles in a newspaper approved for their county, three consecutive times, within 60 days of the Corporation Commission approving them - three issues in a row, so a weekly paper takes three weeks running and a daily three days running. An LLC whose statutory agent or office is in Maricopa or Pima County does not publish: the Commission posts the notice itself. Fail to publish and the LLC can be terminated.
