Measure B asks a producer filming in Los Angeles County to hold a county public health permit, granted after approved bloodborne pathogen training and an exposure control plan, and to display it while filming. The City of Los Angeles asks for proof of that permit before it issues a film permit. A production is cleared to shoot only with all of it in place for its date. Sanction keeps dates and references - never a film, a still or a performer's name.
Each county public health permit: when it was issued and runs out, the fee, the approved training it rests on, and the exposure control plan filed with it.
Each production finished: the county permit that covered it, the city film permit, the performer notice, and who confirmed the permit was posted on set.
