Every complaint about content that may be illegal or break the card rules is reviewed and resolved within seven business days, and anything found illegal comes down at once. A person shown in content may appeal to have it removed: check the consent on file, and if it cannot be shown, or the person shows it is void, take it down - unless you dispute that, in which case a neutral body decides. Sennight never holds the content - only its address and dates.
What the acquirer would ask to see: when each came in, what review found, when the content came down, and whether it was resolved inside seven business days.
Each month your acquirer gets the content flagged, with its addresses, the actions taken, and every complaint and takedown request received. A month can be marked sent once it has ended, and once sent it stays sent.
