Berkshire Massachusetts LLC Annual Report
For performers and studios with a Massachusetts LLC

Due on your anniversary. Not in April.

Berkshire keeps your Massachusetts LLC's annual report on the anniversary of its own filing every year, at $500 by mail or $520 online, marks any that ran late, and warns before missed years put the LLC at risk of dissolution.

Opens in this browser with an invented performer's LLC already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed. Never holds a Social Security number, a filing login or a bank account.

The problem

Everyone's due date is different.

A Massachusetts LLC's annual report falls on the anniversary of its own original filing - $500 by mail, $520 online. Formed in March, due in March. Keep missing it and the LLC can be dissolved.

the report is due on or before the anniversary of the original filing.

Dissolution

continued failure to file can dissolve the LLC.

Will not let a year go missing.

Not a reminder. A report is refused for a year that owes none, before its window, twice, or short of the fee for the way it was filed. A late one is kept and marked. Two missed years show as a dissolution risk. Nothing is deleted.

How it works

Put in the LLC, file each year, stay in good standing

Put in the LLC

Its original filing date sets the anniversary.

File each year

By mail or online, by the anniversary.

Stay in good standing

Missed years shown before they add up.

What it will never do

It keeps the dates. Never the login.

Berkshire holds reports and fees, nothing more.

No Social Security numbers. The Commonwealth does not need one from you here.
No filing logins. You file with the Secretary of the Commonwealth yourself.
No bank accounts.It pays nobody.
It is not legal advice. The Corporations Division is the reference.

Questions

The ones we actually get asked

When is my report due?

On or before the anniversary of your LLC's original filing, every year.

Mail or online?

$500 by mail, $520 online. Berkshire checks the fee for the way you filed.

I missed last year.

File it now - and don't miss another. Two missed years and the LLC is at risk of dissolution.

Is this legal advice?

No. It is the dates and the record.

What do I actually get when I pay?

The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.

The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
