Callboard
This page loads nothing from anywhere else, sets no cookie, and reports your visit to nobody. No analytics, no advertising pixel, no web font, no content network. You can confirm it: open your browser’s network panel and reload — the only thing it fetches is this page.
The program keeps your records on your machine and never sends them to us. We hold no copy, so there is nothing here for anybody to ask us for.
In force from 26 October 2026. CallBoard Software LLC, 1303 SE Stephens St, Roseburg, OR 97470.
Our customers’ whole problem is that other companies will not touch them. A storefront that quietly reported their visit to four American advertising businesses would make a liar of every other sentence on it, and a program that uploaded a performer’s records to a server of ours would put a library of other people’s legal names somewhere it does not need to be. So neither happens.
Everything you type stays in the browser you typed it into. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is backed up by us, and the licence key is checked on your own machine — the program does not call us to do it. We cannot see who is using a key, how often, or for what. Export writes your records out as one file you keep.
Because we hold nothing, there is nothing for us to hand back, correct or erase on request. Clearing the program’s records, or deleting the browser data for the page, deletes them outright. There is no other copy unless you made one.
You can pay by card or in bitcoin.
By card: the payment is taken by Square, on Square’s own checkout page, not by us. Square collects what a card payment needs — name, email address, billing details and card number — and handles it under its own privacy policy. We never see or store a card number. What reaches us is what you bought, the amount, and the business name you type for your licence key.
In bitcoin: the payment goes through a payment server we run ourselves, with no payment company in the middle. You are not asked for a billing address and you do not make an account to pay. The payment is a bitcoin transaction, public on the bitcoin network the same way it is for everybody.
We keep the sale record — product, plan, date, amount and the business name on the key — for as long as we are required to keep records of sales, and for no other purpose. We cannot charge you again without you making another payment.
Mail to sales@callboardsoftware.com reaches a mailbox we read. We keep the correspondence so the next person who answers you knows what was already said. We do not add you to a mailing list from it, and we do not sell, rent or share it.
Nothing we sell is for anybody under 18, and these are business tools sold to businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything about a child.
This page is the current statement. If we ever add something that collects more than the above, it goes on this page before it goes on the site, and the date at the top changes.
Write to sales@callboardsoftware.com. Depending where you live you may have a right to see, correct or delete what a company holds about you; what we hold is the sale record and the correspondence described above, and we will answer about both.
