Boompole keeps the written exposure control plan, every training sign-off, the hepatitis B offer or signed declination for each worker and the exposure-incident log under federal OSHA's 29 CFR 1910.1030 - and it will not call a shoot while anybody working is past their training year, was never offered the vaccine in time, or the plan is past its yearly review.

The problem
The federal bloodborne pathogens standard reaches every employer whose employees have occupational exposure, in every state. Almost everything in it is a date that runs out: the plan's yearly review, each worker's yearly training, the vaccine offer due within ten working days of a first assignment, the evaluation due immediately after an exposure. Each is done properly once and then quietly lapses.
training for every worker with occupational exposure, and a yearly review of the exposure control plan.
AccountableHQ →the plan, the training, the vaccine, post-exposure follow-up and the records.
Wellesley College safety manual →Not a reminder. A shoot is refused while anyone working it is untrained, past their training year, was not offered the vaccine within ten working days, or declined without signing - or while the plan is past its review. An incident cannot be closed before the evaluation was offered. Training records cannot be deleted inside three years.
How it works
And review it every year.
Training, and the vaccine offered or declined in writing.
Only when everyone working it is covered that day.
What it will never do
Boompole records that something was offered, signed or done, and where the clinic's file is - nothing more.

Questions
Federal OSHA's bloodborne pathogens standard applies to any employer whose employees have occupational exposure. In a state with its own OSHA plan, that state's standard applies and is at least as strict.
If you keep the OSHA 300 injury log, yes - Boompole tracks it. If you don't, switch it off on the Plan screen.
No. Those are confidential medical records the clinic keeps. Boompole only says where.
No. It is the dates and the record.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
