Comstock keeps your Nevada LLC's annual list and business licence on the calendar - the 90-day window, the last day of the anniversary month, the managers the list names - shows the $175 late fee and default before they land, and will not call a year filed without a confirmation number.
Opens in this browser with an invented LLC already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed. Never holds a SilverFlume login, a bank login or a Social Security number.
The problem
A Nevada LLC files its annual list and renews its state business licence every year by the last day of the month it was approved. Most owners live somewhere else. Miss it and the LLC is in default the next morning, with revocation behind that.
Not a reminder. Filed refuses before the 90-day window opens, while a manager or managing member on the list has no address or the registered agent is missing, when it is late and the $175 is not recorded, and without a confirmation number. The last person on the list cannot be removed. A filed year stays filed. There is no override.
How it works
The LLC, its approval date, its registered agent and every manager or managing member.
Comstock shows when filing opens and when it is due.
File with the Secretary of State, then record the confirmation number here.
What it will never do
Comstock holds the list's details, dates and confirmation numbers, nothing more.

Questions
The month your Nevada LLC was approved. Comstock works the due date out from the approval date you enter.
Up to 90 days before the due date. Comstock refuses to mark it filed before that window opens.
Yes. Put the address you want on the public record - often a nominee manager or office address.
No. It is the calendar and the gate in front of calling a year filed.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
An invented studio LLC paid $525 for last year's late list, and this year's cannot go in until one managing member's address does.
