The problem
MoCRA lets a small cosmetics brand skip facility registration and product listing - but not adverse event reporting, record keeping or safety substantiation. A serious rash or burn goes to FDA within 15 business days.
Not a reminder. Close refuses, naming the reason, while a complaint is unjudged, called not serious with no reason, serious and unreported, or owed new information. Put on sale refuses a product with no safety substantiation or no U.S. contact on its label. Records cannot be deleted before their time. There is no override.
