Strikeline Repeat-Infringer Policy Log
For adult platforms and creator sites relying on the DMCA safe harbour

A policy on paper isn't enough. Apply it - and prove it.

Strikeline counts every valid takedown against the uploader's account under your written strike policy, withdraws a strike only with a reason, flags the account the day it reaches the line, and records each termination with the strikes behind it.

Opens in this browser with an invented platform's log already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed. Accounts by internal ID only - never a creator's name or content.

The problem

Platforms lose the safe harbour by not applying their own policy.

The DMCA requires a platform to adopt and reasonably implement a policy of terminating repeat infringers. A policy that exists but is not applied - an account still uploading after its fifth valid takedown - is how the harbour is lost in court.

512(i)

adopt and reasonably implement a policy of terminating repeat infringers, or lose the safe harbour.

Your line

the statute sets no number - the site's written policy does, and must be applied.

Every account

the same line, the same way - that is what a court looks for.

Will not bend the line.

Not a reminder. A strike is refused on a terminated account or twice for one takedown. A termination is refused under the line. A terminated account is never reinstated. A strike is withdrawn only with a reason. The line cannot move under strikes already on file.

How it works

Write, count, terminate

Write the policy

Strikes, window, and where users are told.

Count every strike

Valid takedowns, per account.

Terminate on the line

And keep the strikes behind it.

What it will never do

It keeps the record. Never the creator.

Strikeline holds account IDs, references and dates, nothing more.

No creator names or addresses.Accounts by internal ID only.
No content. It never touches the material.
No cards.It touches no payment.
It is not legal advice.17 U.S.C. 512 and counsel are the reference.

Pay by card through Square, on Square’s own checkout page — we never see or store your card number. Or pay with bitcoin through our own bitcoin server. Either way you come back here, type your business name, and your licence key is on the screen — no email, no waiting on us.

Questions

The ones we actually get asked

How many strikes should we allow?

The law sets no number. Write your line; Strikeline applies it the same way to every account.

A counter-notice put the content back.

Withdraw that strike with the reason. It stays on file, marked withdrawn.

Can a terminated creator come back?

Not under the same account - Strikeline refuses a reinstatement.

Is this legal advice?

No. It is the log and the record.

What do I actually get when I pay?

The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.

The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
