Tithe keeps a workpaper for each return period of Alabama’s 10% tax on adult content: gross receipts from the processor statements, split by where the buyer is and where the content was made, the taxable base, and the tax — with every unknown-location amount decided out loud. It never holds a customer or a card, only totals.

The problem
Alabama taxes 10% of the gross receipts of sales, subscriptions, memberships and performances of adult content. The Department of Revenue says it is due when the purchaser is in Alabama, and also when the content was produced, filmed or generated in Alabama, wherever the customer is. A sale that is both is taxed once. Most operators have never met the production test.
of gross receipts from adult content sales, subscriptions and performances.
Alabama Department of Revenue →Not a reminder. Mark the return filed refuses, with the reason named, while the grid does not add up to the processor statements, an unknown-location amount has no decision, or the source of the figures is not written down. A filed period is frozen. There is no override.
How it works
Gross receipts from the statements: buyer in Alabama, elsewhere or unknown, against content made in Alabama or elsewhere.
Treat as Alabama, the careful choice, or exclude with the reason written down. Tithe works out the base and the 10%.
Which titles or catalogue ranges were produced, filmed or generated there, and where.
What it will never do
Tithe holds the period’s figures, never who bought or how they paid.

Questions
If any content was produced, filmed or generated in Alabama, every sale of it is taxable, wherever the buyer is.
Then it is taxed once. Tithe’s grid never counts it twice.
Decide: treat them as Alabama, the careful choice, or exclude them with the reason written down. Tithe will not guess.
No. It is the workpaper an audit asks for.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
The invented subscription site’s last month is $1,250 short of its statements, has $3,400 with no known buyer location and no decision, and a shoot made in Birmingham is taxed wherever it sells. Tithe shows every one.
