Barcard keeps each server's permit, works out the state's deadline and the expiry, and refuses to sign anyone onto the floor who may not legally serve that night.
Opens in this browser with an invented club already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed. Never holds a customer's name, an ID scan or a Social Security number.
The problem
Oregon wants the permit before the first pour. Louisiana gives 45 days from the first day. Wisconsin runs on municipal licenses that end June 30. Turnover on the bar makes it easy to miss one.
in Oregon - the OLCC Alcohol Service Permit, or a temporary one.
ServingAlcohol.com →Not a reminder. Sign onto the floor refuses anyone past the state's deadline with no permit, on an expired permit, or on a temporary or provisional permit that has run out. Expiry dates are worked out, never typed. Nothing is deleted. There is no override.
How it works
Oregon, Louisiana or Wisconsin - the rule follows.
Permit, temporary or provisional, with the date issued.
Checked against the rule for that night.
What it will never do
Barcard holds staff, permit dates and shifts, nothing more.
Pricing

Questions
In Louisiana, yes - servers and security. In Oregon, servers, their managers and owners who pour.
Oregon five years, Louisiana four. Wisconsin licenses end June 30, after one or two years as your municipality sets.
Barcard knows these three. Illinois clubs have Bouncer, for BASSET.
No. It is the record and the gates.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
An invented New Orleans club has a cocktail server on day fifty with no permit - and Barcard will not put her on the floor.
