Beehive keeps every server's and manager's course, works out each three-year expiry, and refuses to sign anyone onto a shift - serving or managing - whose training does not allow it.
Opens in this browser with an invented club already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed. Never holds a customer's name, an ID scan or a Social Security number.
The problem
Utah wants an approved course before a server begins work, the manager course within 30 days of hire, and both again every three years. A new hire on the floor the first night is out of line with the licence.
Not a reminder. Sign onto the shift refuses a server with no current course and a manager past 30 days without theirs. Every course is kept, expiry dates are worked out, and nothing is deleted. There is no override.
How it works
Server, manager, or both - the deadlines follow.
The date passed; three years worked out.
Serving or managing, checked against the training.
What it will never do
Beehive holds staff, course dates and shifts, nothing more.
Pricing
For one venue.
Every server, every manager.
Monthly, per venue. Your bank statement says Beehive Software. Your licence key is on your screen as soon as the payment confirms.
Pay by card through Square, on Square’s own checkout page — we never see or store your card number. Or pay with bitcoin through our own bitcoin server. Either way you come back here, type your business name, and your licence key is on the screen — no email, no waiting on us.
Questions
No. In Utah the server course comes before beginning work.
Owners who manage or supervise do, within 30 days.
Barcard covers Oregon, Louisiana and Wisconsin; Bouncer covers Illinois.
No. It is the record and the gates.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
An invented Salt Lake City club has a server on day five with no course - and Beehive will not put her on the floor.
