Bighorn Wyoming LLC Annual Report
For performers and studios using a Wyoming LLC for privacy

The privacy LLC still files. Every anniversary month.

Bighorn keeps your Wyoming LLC's annual report on the first of its anniversary month, works out the licence tax on any Wyoming assets, shows when the 120-day window opens, and watches the 60 days before dissolution.

Opens in this browser with an invented performer's LLC already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed. Never holds a Social Security number, a filing login or a bank account.

The problem

Lose the LLC, lose the privacy.

A Wyoming LLC's annual report is due the first day of the month it was formed, with a licence tax of $60 or $0.0002 per dollar of Wyoming assets. Sixty days late, it can be administratively dissolved - and the privacy it was formed for goes with it.

$60

the least licence tax - or $0.0002 a dollar of Wyoming assets, whichever is more.

Nolo →
120 days

the report can be filed this early before the first of the anniversary month.

Nolo →
60 days

late, and the LLC can be administratively dissolved.

UpCounsel →

Will not let the LLC lapse.

Not a reminder. A report is refused before its window opens, twice, without the Wyoming assets, or short of the licence tax. A late one is kept and marked; past 60 days the LLC shows at risk. Nothing is deleted.

How it works

Put in the LLC, file each year, stay standing

Put in the LLC

What it will never do

No Social Security numbers.Wyoming does not need one from you here.
No filing logins. You file with the Secretary of State yourself.
No bank accounts.It pays nobody.
It is not legal advice. The Wyoming Secretary of State is the reference.

Questions

The ones we actually get asked

When is my report due?

On the first day of the month your LLC was formed, every year.

How much is the tax?

$60 - or $0.0002 for every dollar of assets the LLC has in Wyoming, if that is more. Most performers' LLCs pay $60.

I missed it.

File now. Sixty days late, the LLC can be administratively dissolved.

Is this legal advice?

No. It is the dates and the record.

What do I actually get when I pay?

The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.

The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
