Fremont Las Vegas Work Card Roster
For Clark County clubs employing dancers, bartenders and staff who need sheriff's cards

A bartender's card does not cover the stage.

Fremont keeps every dancer's and bartender's work card, the job it was issued for, its five years and the location form - and refuses to sign anyone onto a shift whose card or form is not in order.

Opens in this browser with an invented club already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed. Never holds a card number, a background check, fingerprints or a Social Security number.

The problem

Dancers move clubs. The form follows them.

Clark County work cards last five years and cover one job type. When a dancer with a card starts at a new club, the club files a location-change form with LVMPD within five days. Working without a current card is a misdemeanor.

5 years

a work card lasts - for the job type it was issued for.

Shouse Law →
5 days

from a new start for the employer's location-change form.

Shouse Law →
Employer signs

the work card application.

Clark County (archived) →

Will not put an uncarded dancer on stage.

Not a reminder. Sign onto the shift refuses an expired card, a card for another job, no card at all, and anyone past day five without the location form. A card is refused without the signed application. Nothing is deleted. There is no override.

How it works

Card, form, shift

Record the card

The job type, the date, and the signed application.

File the location form

Within five days of a new start.

Sign on the shift

Checked against the card and the form.

What it will never do

It keeps the dates. Never the background check.

Fremont holds jobs, card dates and shifts, nothing more.

No card numbers.Only the dates and the job type.
No background checks or fingerprints.Metro keeps those.
No Social Security numbers.Payroll already has them.
It is not legal advice.LVMPD and Clark County are the reference.

Questions

The ones we actually get asked

A dancer has a bartender's card. Can she dance?

No. A work card covers only the job type it was issued for.

Does security need a sheriff's card?

Security guards are licensed by Nevada's Private Investigators Licensing Board instead.

How is this different from Usher?

Usher is the over-21 check with a work-card setting. Fremont is the Clark County card itself.

Is this legal advice?

No. It is the record and the gates.

What do I actually get when I pay?

The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.

The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.

An invented Las Vegas club has a dancer twelve days in on a bartender's card with no location form - Fremont will not put her on.
