Harbormaster keeps every seller's and manager's TABC certificate, the policies each has read, and every violation - and will not sign the affidavit worksheet for a violation unless the safe harbor held on that day.
Opens in this browser with an invented club already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed. No Social Security number or birth date is ever kept.
The problem
TABC lets a violation by a server stay off the licence only if everyone who sells and their managers were certified within 30 days, everyone read the written policies, and there were fewer than three violations in 12 months. After a violation, the owner swears to it.
Not a reminder. Sign refuses, naming the person, if on the violation's date anyone was past 30 days without a certificate, a certificate had run out, someone had not read the policies, the seller was an owner or uncertified, or three violations fell in 12 months. Every certificate is kept, so an old worksheet is judged on its own day. There is no override.
How it works
Within 30 days of hire, and each renewal - never overwritten.
The day each employee read the written policies.
When a violation happens, the worksheet shows whether the harbor held.
What it will never do
Harbormaster holds names, roles and dates.
Pricing
For one venue.
Every seller, every violation.
Monthly, per venue. Your bank statement says Harbormaster Software. Your licence key is on your screen as soon as the payment confirms.
Pay by card through Square, on Square’s own checkout page — we never see or store your card number. Or pay with bitcoin through our own bitcoin server. Either way you come back here, type your business name, and your licence key is on the screen — no email, no waiting on us.
Questions
No. TABC asks for them on the affidavit itself; Harbormaster never holds them.
The new one is added beside the old. A worksheet for an earlier day is still judged on what held that day.
No. It is the record and the gate in front of the affidavit.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
One seller is 45 days in with no certificate, one certificate ran out last month, and one employee never read the policies.
