Passage Performer Work-Visa File
For US studios and producers booking performers from abroad

Visa first, then the call sheet.

Passage tracks each O-1B or P petition - the written consultation it needs, the contract and passport checked, the filing and the approval - and will not confirm a shoot day for a performer whose visa does not cover it.

Opens in this browser with an invented studio already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed. No passport, contract or name is ever kept.

The problem

A booked day nobody can work.

An O or P petition generally needs a written consultation from a union, peer group or management organisation, and a negative one most likely means a denial. Book the shoot before the approval and the day is paid for with nobody allowed to work it.

15 days

the union has to answer when USCIS asks for the consultation.

Artists from Abroad →
2 years

a prior consultation can stand in, as a waiver, for similar work.

Artists from Abroad →
Negative

a negative advisory opinion most likely leads to denial.

SAG-AFTRA →

Will not book a day the visa does not cover.

Not a reminder. Filed refuses without a consultation back, a waiver resting on one inside two years, an answer to a negative opinion, the contract and passport checked, or the work more than a year away. Confirm refuses a shoot day on a petition not yet approved or outside the dates it covers. There is no override.

How it works

Consult, file, book

Ask for the consultation

Union, peer group or management organisation - or a waiver on a recent one.

Check and file

Contract and passport checked, then the petition filed with its receipt.

Book inside the visa

Shoot days confirmed only between the dates the approval covers.

What it will never do

It keeps the dates. Never the documents.

Passage holds talent codes, dates and references, nothing more.

No passport or contract is kept.Only the date each was checked.
No names. Each performer is a talent code you choose.
It files nothing.Your attorney or agent files; Passage keeps the record.
It is not legal or immigration advice. It is the record and the gates.

Questions

The ones we actually get asked

Does it store passports or contracts?

No. Only the date each was checked, and a talent code in place of a name.

Does it file with USCIS?

No. Your attorney or agent files; Passage keeps the dates and checks the booking against the approval.

Is this legal advice?

No. It is the record and the gates in front of filing and booking.

What do I actually get when I pay?

The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.

The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.

One petition is inside 45 days of its start with no consultation back, and one shoot day is booked on a petition not yet approved.
