A refund takes back the paid units that came with that payment, off the key they were added to. Quote the invoice number from your receipt and we can find it.

Every program on this site opens as a working demonstration with invented records already in it, with no account, no email address and nothing installed. That is the whole program, not a tour of it. We would rather you found out it is not for you before any money moved, which is why the demo is the first link on the page.
There is nothing to open in your browser for this one, and nothing to install — so the way you try it is the free allowance, and every key is issued with a free allowance already on it. No card, no payment, no account.
That is the real program doing real work on our own graphics cards, not a tour of it: the only difference between the free allowance and a paid one is the number. We would rather you found out it is not for you before any money moved.
Cancel whenever you like and the licence runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not bill again after that. A charge less than 30 days old is refunded in full on request.
Inside 30 days, refunded in full. After that, cancel and we refund the whole unused months, pro rata, rounded up to the month.
Inside 30 days of a charge: refunded in full, units you have already used and all. We do not deduct them.
After 30 days: we refund the units on that charge you have not used, pro rata, rounded up to the whole unit. A monthly allowance stops renewing from the day you say so and runs to the end of the period you paid for.
A unit that failed was never charged in the first place, so it is not a refund — it is the meter working as the terms describe. The job report names every unit that was held back and says why.
Nothing. They are on your machine and they stay there. The program goes read-only when the licence ends — everything you entered is still readable and Export still hands you all of it — and it stops accepting new entries. We cannot reach into your copy and never could; ending the licence means the key stops being valid at the end of the term and you agree to stop using the program to keep new records.
Nothing at all to the files you have already downloaded. They are on your computer, they stay there, and no key and no payment is needed to open any of them. We could not take them back if we wanted to.
What it does to the key is what running out of units does: it stops being able to start a job. If you also want the job files still sitting in that program’s folder on our machine deleted, say so in the same email and we will delete them.
One email to sales@callboardsoftware.com with the address you bought under. No form, no retention call, no offer designed to keep you. We answer within two working days and a card payment goes back to the card through Square, which usually takes your bank another few days after that; a bitcoin payment is sent back in bitcoin to an address you give us in your email.

Only where a key has been resold, used for a business it was not issued to, shared outside that business, or used to try to get work out of the program without it being counted. Nothing else on this page has conditions attached to it.
