Saguaro tells you whether your Arizona LLC has to publish at all, counts down the 60 days from approval, keeps the three runs consecutive, and holds the affidavit - so the LLC is never left at risk.
Opens in this browser with an invented dance collective's LLC already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed. Never holds a Social Security number, a filing login or a bank account.
The problem
Most new Arizona LLCs must publish a notice in an approved newspaper three consecutive times within 60 days. With an agent or office in Maricopa or Pima County, you don't. Miss it elsewhere and the LLC can be terminated.
Not a reminder. A run is refused before approval, twice in one issue, after a skipped issue, or past three. The affidavit is refused before the third run. An exempt LLC is told so and publishes nothing. Nothing is deleted - a broken run is kept, marked void.
How it works
Agent or office in Maricopa or Pima? Then nothing to publish.
Consecutive issues of an approved paper, inside 60 days.
The paper's proof of publication.
What it will never do
Saguaro holds dates and the paper, nothing more.
Pricing
For one LLC.
The 60 days, start to finish.
Monthly. Your bank statement says Saguaro Software. Your licence key is on your screen as soon as the payment confirms.
Pay by card through Square, on Square’s own checkout page — we never see or store your card number. Or pay with bitcoin through our own bitcoin server. Either way you come back here, type your business name, and your licence key is on the screen — no email, no waiting on us.
Questions
Not if your statutory agent or office is in Maricopa or Pima County. Elsewhere in Arizona, yes.
Then the three runs start again. Saguaro keeps the broken run, marked void.
The LLC can be terminated. Saguaro shows the day the 60 days end.
No. It is the dates and the record.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
An invented Flagstaff dance collective has two runs in - the third is due this week.
