Sennight logs each complaint about content and each appeal from a person shown in it, counts its seven business days, records the finding, the takedown and the neutral body when consent is disputed - and will not close a complaint until all of that is done.
Opens in this browser with an invented studio site already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed. No content is ever kept.
The problem
Mastercard's rules for merchants selling adult content ask for a complaint process that resolves every complaint within seven business days, takes illegal content down at once, lets anyone shown in content appeal to have it removed, and reports it all to the acquirer every month.
Not a reminder. Close refuses, naming the reason, while a complaint is unreviewed, while content that must come down is still up, while a disputed appeal waits on its neutral body, or while content stays up with no reason written. A closed complaint stays closed. A month's acquirer report is marked sent only after the month ends. There is no override.
How it works
Complaint or appeal, the ground, who sent it, and the address of the content. The seven business days start.
What was found, or the consent on file - and a neutral body if you dispute an appeal.
The takedown date, or why it stays up. Then it closes, on time or marked late.
What it will never do
Sennight holds addresses, names and dates, nothing more.
Pricing
For one site.
Every complaint, every appeal.
Monthly, per site. Your bank statement says Sennight Software. Your licence key is on your screen as soon as the payment confirms.
Pay by card through Square, on Square’s own checkout page — we never see or store your card number. Or pay with bitcoin through our own bitcoin server. Either way you come back here, type your business name, and your licence key is on the screen — no email, no waiting on us.
Questions
No. Only its address and the dates. Nothing that could be seen.
Monday to Friday, minus any holiday you list in Setup.
No, and it is not Mastercard's tool. It is the record and the gate in front of closing a complaint.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
One complaint is past its seven business days, one has rule-breaking content still up, and one appeal is waiting on a neutral body.
