Sickbay applies your state's paid sick leave rule - 21 states and DC - to every worker's hours, and refuses sick time before the wait, past the balance or past the yearly cap.
Opens in this browser with an invented club already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed. Never holds the reason for a sick day, a medical note or a Social Security number.
The problem
About twenty states and DC require paid sick leave. Most say one hour per 30 worked up to 40 a year - but New York allows 56, Michigan 72, California caps use at 40 and the balance at 80, and Nevada only starts at 50 employees.
Not a reminder. Sick time is refused before your state's waiting period, past the worker's balance and past the yearly use cap - and where your state does not require it at your size, Sickbay says so. Nothing is deleted. There is no override.
How it works
And your headcount; the rule follows from both.
Each worker's week, from which every hour is earned.
Checked against the wait, the balance and the cap.
What it will never do
Sickbay holds hours and dates, nothing more.

Every employee does, by the hour worked.
No. It is the record and the gates.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
An invented club runs on Colorado's rule - switch it to California and watch the new server's sick time wait for day 90.
