Tamiami keeps your Florida LLC's annual report on time every year, shows the late fee before it lands, warns before the September dissolution, and works out what reinstating would cost if it ever comes to that.
Opens in this browser with an invented performer's LLC already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed. Never holds a Social Security number, a Sunbiz login or a bank account.
The problem
Every Florida LLC files an annual report between January 1 and May 1. Miss May 1 and a $400 late fee is added, not waived. Miss September and the LLC is administratively dissolved - and anyone checking Sunbiz sees it.
Not a reminder. A report is refused before its window, twice, or short of its fee - the late fee included after May 1. A reinstatement is refused short of every missed year. Nothing is deleted.

What it will never do
Tamiami holds reports and fees, nothing more.

Questions
Between January 1 and May 1 of the year after your LLC was formed.
File now - $138.75 plus the $400 late fee. Before the third Friday of September, and the LLC is not dissolved.
Reinstatement is $100 plus $138.75 for every year missed. Tamiami works it out.
No. It is the dates and the record.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
An invented Miami performer's LLC has four years on record - one filed late, and one missed and brought back by a reinstatement.
