Bluehen tracks each employee's interactive sexual harassment training, the supervisors' additional training, the two-year retraining and the Delaware notice - and refuses a training that does not count.
Opens in this browser with an invented club already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed. Never holds a complaint, a witness statement or a Social Security number.
The problem
Delaware employers with 50 or more employees train everyone within a year of starting and again every two years. Turnover and promotions give every employee a different date.
Not a reminder. Record training refuses one that was not interactive, one that left out a required topic, one dated before hire, and a supervisor training dated before the role. Two-year dates are worked out. Nothing is deleted. There is no override.
How it works
The notice and the first training date are set.
Interactive, every topic ticked, or it is refused.
The next date follows each training.
What it will never do
Bluehen holds people, dates and topics, nothing more.
Pricing
For one venue.
Every hire, every two years.
Monthly, per venue. Your bank statement says Bluehen Software. Your licence key is on your screen as soon as the payment confirms.
Pay by card through Square, on Square’s own checkout page — we never see or store your card number. Or pay with bitcoin through our own bitcoin server. Either way you come back here, type your business name, and your licence key is on the screen — no email, no waiting on us.
Questions
The training is required at 50 or more; the Delaware notice is required at four or more. Bluehen switches when you enter your headcount.
Delaware's training has to be interactive. Bluehen will not record one that was not.
Every employee does.
No. It is the record and the gates.
The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.
The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
An invented Wilmington club's floor manager is past his two years and owes the supervisor training too.
