Nutmeg Connecticut Harassment Training File
For Connecticut clubs with three or more employees

Six months to train. Then six more for every promotion.

Nutmeg tracks each employee's two-hour sexual harassment prevention training, the supervisor training when someone is promoted, the ten-year refresher and the emailed notice - and refuses a training that does not count.

Opens in this browser with an invented club already in it. No account, no email address, nothing installed. Never holds a complaint, a witness statement or a Social Security number.

The problem

Turnover and promotions reset the clock.

Connecticut employers with three or more employees train everyone for two hours within six months of hire, and every employer trains supervisors within six months of taking the role. Seasonal staff and floor promotions make it easy to miss one.

3 employees

and every employee gets two hours of training.

Will not count a short training.

Not a reminder. Record training refuses anything under two hours, anything dated before hire or still to come, and a supervisor training dated before the person took the role. Every due date is worked out. Nothing is deleted. There is no override.

How it works

Hire, train, refresh

Add the hire

The notice and the training dates are worked out.

Record the training

Two hours, employee or supervisor.

Refresh in ten years

The supplemental date follows each training.

What it will never do

It keeps the training. Never the complaints.

Nutmeg holds people, dates and hours, nothing more.

No complaints.Investigations belong somewhere else.
No witness statements.Nothing is uploaded.
No Social Security numbers.Payroll already has them.
It is not legal advice. The CHRO is the reference.

Questions

The ones we actually get asked

Can we use the state's free course?

Yes. CHRO's online course gives a certificate; record the date and the two hours here.

We only have two employees.

Then only supervisors must be trained. Nutmeg switches when you enter your headcount.

Do dancers on the payroll count?

Every employee does.

Is this legal advice?

No. It is the record and the gates.

What do I actually get when I pay?

The demo on this page is the whole program, running on invented records. Paying gets you a licence key — one line of text, on your screen as soon as the payment confirms: the checkout brings you back to our thank-you page, you type your business name and the key appears. Paste it into the program and from then on it keeps your own records. Until then, nothing you type into it is kept.

The key is checked inside the page, on your own machine. It never calls us, so there is still no account and nothing about your business goes anywhere. If you ever stop paying, your records stay exactly where they are, read-only, and Export still hands you every one of them.
